REMOVAL - CONTINUED
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections prior to removal. Cap hydraulic oil lines and plug openings after
removal. Contamination of hydraulic system could result in premature failure.
NOTE
Use a container to capture draining hydraulic oil. Dispose of hydraulic oil IAW local policy and ordi-
nances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Tag hose and tube assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Disconnect three hose assemblies (13) from elbows (5) on hydraulic steering servo-sender cylinder assembly (4).
2.
Remove three elbows (5), connector (6) and three preformed packings (7). Discard preformed packing.
3.
Remove bolt (1), washer (2) and spacer (3).
4.
Remove and discard cotter pin (12).
5.
Remove nut (11), washer (10), bolt (9), spacer (8) and hydraulic steering servo-sender cylinder assembly (4) from
bracket (14).

INSTALLATION
1.
Install hydraulic steering servo-sender cylinder assembly (4), spacer (8), bolt (9), washer (10) and nut (11) to bracket
(14).
2.
Install new cotter pin (12).
3.
Install spacer (3), washer (2) and bolt (1) to secure hydraulic steering servo-sender cylinder assembly (4).
4.
Install three new preformed packings (7), connector (6) and three elbows (5) to bottom of hydraulic steering servo-
sender cylinder assembly (4).
5.
Connect three hose assemblies (13).
