REMOVAL
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may result in death or injury to person-
nel.
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal and disassembly. Cap lines and plug
openings after removing lines. Contamination of fuel system could result in premature failure.
NOTE
Fuel tank assembly must be drained before performing this procedure.
Tag lines prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Drain fuel tank. Refer to Draining Fuel Tank in this
work package.
2.
Install three link brackets on top of fuel tank assembly
(3).
3.
Attach lifting device to three link brackets.
