REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
All hose and tube assemblies must be tagged prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Loosen two clamps (13).
2.
Remove four bolts (1), cover (2), two clamps (13), preformed packing (3) and hose (14). Discard preformed packing.
3.
Remove two bolts (6), gasket (5) and preformed packing (3) from water pump (4). Discard gasket packing.
4.
Remove oil cooler bonnet (7) and preformed packing (9) from adapter (10). Discard preformed packing.
5.
Remove plug (8) from bonnet (7).
6.
Remove adapter (10) and preformed packing (11) from oil cooler (12). Discard preformed packing.
