CIRCUIT BREAKERS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
The following maintenance procedure is for the upper circuit breaker. The maintenance procedure for
the lower circuit breaker is identical.
Tag all wire connectors, cables and wiring harnesses before disconnecting to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove two screws (3) and washers (4).
2.
Disconnect two wire connectors (6) at terminals from circuit breaker (2).
3.
Remove four nuts (1), screws (7) and washers (8).
4.
Remove circuit breaker (2) from instrument panel (5).

INSTALLATION
1.
Install circuit breaker (2) on instrument panel (5).
2.
Install four washers (8), screws (7) and nuts (1).
3.
Connect two wire connectors (6) at terminals on circuit breaker (2).
4.
Install two washers (4) and screws (3).
5.
Install front access plate (WP 0192 00).
6.
Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
