ASSEMBLY
1.
Install wire connectors (16 and 15) to resistor (17).

Install two brushes (40) and caps (39) in motor (31).

Install bracket (32), inner fan guard (33) and two nuts

(36) on motor (31).

Connect wire connector (41) and install tapping screw
(38) on bracket (32).

Install fan impeller (34) and setscrew (37) on motor

Attach outer fan guard (35) to inner fan guard (33) by
using the hooks on outer fan guard (35).

Install base (20), bolt (19), washer (21), retaining strap
(22), washer (27) and new self-locking nut (26).

Position fan assembly (10) and align with holes in

Install washer (24), two washers (25) and bolt (23).

Install washer (30), resistor (17), clip (18), washer

(29) and new self-locking nut (28) on retaining strap
