REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Use a container to capture draining hydraulic oil. Dispose of hydraulic oil IAW local policy and ordi-
nances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Tag hose and tube assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Only remove connectors, adapters or elbows if they are damaged.
Note routing of all hose assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Note location of any straps, ties or guards prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove nut (10), washer (11), bolt (2), washer (3) and clamp (4) from hose assembly (1).
2.
Remove four bolts (5), washers (6) and two flange halves (8) from hose assembly (1).
3.
Disconnect hose assembly (1) from hose assembly (7) and remove preformed packing (9). Discard preformed packing.

Remove four capscrews (24), washers (25) and two flange halves (22) from hose assembly (1).
5.
Remove hose assembly (1) and preformed packing (23) from adapter (18). Discard preformed packing.
6.
Remove four capscrews (20) and washers (21) from adapter (18).
7.
Remove adapter (18) and preformed packing (19). Discard preformed packing.
8.
Disconnect hose assembly (26) from elbow (27) and remove elbow (27) from hydraulic control valve.
9.
Remove bolt (14), washer (15) and clamp (16) from hose assembly (26).
10.
Remove hose assembly (26) from elbow (17) and remove elbow (17) from air control valve.
11.
Disconnect hose assembly (13) from elbow (12) and remove elbow (12) from hydraulic control valve.
