REMOVAL - CONTINUED

Remove six bolts (2) and washers (3) from scraper.
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.

Weight of scraper bowl assembly plate is
266 lb (121 kg).
5.
Attach lifting device to plate assembly (1).
6.
Remove plate assembly (1) from scraper.
7.
Remove lifting device.

INSTALLATION
1.
Attach lifting device to plate assembly (1).
2.
Use lifting device to position plate (1) assembly (1) on scraper and guide wiring harnesses through plate (1).
3.
Install six washers (3) and bolts (2).
4.
Remove suitable lifting device.
5.
If removed, install service stop and tail lights (WP 0087 00).
6.
If removed, install blackout stop and tail lights (WP 0088 00).
7.
If removed, install rear turn signals (WP 0091 00).
