If engine must be left running, do not work in area of hitch
link unless cab is NOT occupied. Inadvertent steering wheel
movement will cause sudden changes in clearances in hitch
area. Serious injury or death to personnel could result.

follows:
(1) Clean area around sight gage
and fill cap.
(2) Perform hot check of transmis-
sion oil level with the engine
idling and oil at operating tem-
perature. Oil level must be at
full line on sight gage.
(3) Add oil (Item 11, 15, 18 or 19,
WP 0023 00) as required
through filler opening. Do NOT
overfill. Reinstall fill cap.
