Remove bolt (22), washer (21) and spacer (20).

Remove nut (23), plate (25) and two washers (24).
9.
Remove nut (26) from cable assembly (13).
10.
Remove cable assembly (19).
11.
Remove bolt (29), washer (28) and clip (27).
12.
Remove two bolts (18) and washers (17).
13.
Loosen nuts (30) to remove cable assembly (13) from bracket (31).
14.
Remove bolt (33), two washers (32) and bracket (31).
15.
Remove bolt (34), washer (35), two nuts (38), clip (36), and bracket (37).

Remove cable assembly (13)
