Install locknut (9), nut (5), and handle (6) on cable (13).

ASSEMBLY
1.
Press accelerator pedal to full throttle position. Secure by placing wood block on accelerator pedal.
2.
Adjust nut (12) and two nuts (30) of cable assembly (13) and nut (26) on left side of engine so that all slack is taken out
of cable at handle (6). Do not tighten.
3.
Release accelerator pedal by removing wood block.
4.
Pull handle (6) to engine shut-off position.
5.
Check governor lever on engine to be sure that lever reaches engine shut-off position when handle (6) is pulled.
6.
Repeat steps 1 through 5, if necessary, for proper operation of emergency shut-off cable.
7.
Torque nuts (12 and 30) of cable assembly (13) to 28 lb-ft (38 Nm).
8.
Torque nut (26) to 6 lb-ft (8 Nm).
