HEADLIGHTS AND WORKLIGHT BRACKETS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

NOTE
The following maintenance procedure is for the right side headlights and worklight bracket. The main-
tenance procedure for the left side headlights and worklight brackets is identical.
Tag all wire connectors, cables and wiring harnesses before disconnecting to ensure correct installation.
REMOVAL
1.
Pull wiring harness (1) out of grommet (5).
2.
If damaged, remove grommet (5).
3.
Remove four bolts (2) and washers (3).
4.
Remove bracket (4) from radiator guard.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent MIL-PRF-680 Type III is an environmentally compliant and low toxic material.
However, it may be irritating to the eyes and skin. The use of protective gloves and goggles is sug-
gested. Use in well-ventilated areas. Keep away from open flames and other sources of ignition.
Particles blown by compressed air are hazardous. DO NOT exceed 15 psi (103 kPa) nozzle pressure
when drying parts with compressed air. Use a maximum of 30 psi (207 kPa) when cleaning compo-
nents. DO NOT direct compressed air against human skin. Failure to follow this warning may cause
injury or death. Make sure air stream is directed away from user and other personnel in the area. To pre-
vent injury, user must wear protective goggles or face shield.
1.
Clean all parts with solvent.
2.
Dry all parts with compressed air.
3.
Inspect all parts for damage and replace as necessary.
