BATTERY BOX REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Failure to follow this warn-
ing may cause injury to personnel.
NOTE
Weight of battery box is 73 lb (33 kg).
1.
Attach lifting device to battery box (5).
2.
Install battery box (5) on front right side of machine.
3.
Remove lifting device and hook.
4.
Install four washers (4) and bolts (3) on front of battery box (5).
5.
Install washer (1) and bolt (2) on rear of battery box (5).
6.
Install angle (8), four washers (9) and bolts (10).
7.
Install four washers (7) and bolts (6).
8.
Install battery holddowns and batteries (WP 0103 00).
9.
Install battery box cover assembly (WP 0102 00).
