Install clamp (6) on battery cable (4).
22.
Install clamp (6) and nut (5) on battery holddown bar.
NOTE
If referred here from another work package, perform steps 23 through 28 only.
23.
Connect battery cable (4) to positive post of outer battery.
24.
Install bolt (8) and nut (7).
25.
Connect battery cable (11) on negative post of outer battery and positive post of inner battery.
26.
Install two bolts (10) and nuts (9).
27.
Connect battery cable (2) on negative post of inner battery.
28.
Install bolt (3) and nut (1).

Start engine to verify operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
30.
Install front crankcase guard (WP 0201 00).

Close battery cover.
