OIL PUMP SUCTION SCREEN REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Use a container to capture draining oil. Dispose of oil IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are
cleaned up.
1.
Remove four bolts (2) and lockwashers (1). Discard lockwashers.
2.
Remove cover (3) and preformed packing (4). Discard preformed packing.
NOTE
Inspect filter for foreign material. If found, contact your supervisor.
3.
Remove screen assembly from pump housing.

Remove and discard self-locking nut (5).
