TRANSMISSION HOLD PEDAL MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

ADJUSTMENT
1.
Adjust bolt (8) until transmission hold pedal (9) is parallel with the floor plate (11), but does not move the valve plunger
(13).
2.
Adjust bolt (10) until distance between the bolt head and transmission hold pedal (9) is 0.75 in. (19 mm).
3.
Push transmission shift pedal (9) down fully.
4.
If necessary, adjust bolt (10) to allow valve plunger (13) 0.16 0.003 in. (4.0 0.08 mm) movement.

5.
Install differential lock pedal (WP 0171 00).
6.
Operate machine and verify proper transmission hold pedal operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
