HOOD, BRACKETS AND MOUNTING REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

HOOD BRACKETS AND MOUNTING INSTALLATION
1.
Install support (8), two washers (10) and bolts (9).
2.
Install bracket (11) on support (8).
3.
Install two new grommets (5), washers (6), bolts (7), washers (12) and nuts (13) on bracket (8).
4.
Install angle assembly (16) on machine.
5.
Install eight washers (17), four bolts (18) on angle assembly (16).
HOOD INSTALLATION
1.
If removed, install three plates (2), latch assemblies (3) and nine new rivets (4) on hood (1).
2.
Install lifting device on hood (1).
3.
With assistance, use lifting device to install hood (1) on machine.
4.
Remove lifting device.
5.
Latch three latch assemblies (3) on hood (1).
6.
Install eight washers (15) and four bolts (14) on angle assembly (16).
7.
Install access doors (WP 0190 00).
