WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

ASSEMBLY
1.
Install handle (19), two screws (16) and nuts (15) on bottom of windshield assembly (13).
2.
Install hinge (14) and six screws (11) on top of windshield (13).
3.
Install bracket (9) and four screws (10) on each side of windshield (13).
4.
Install two arms (5), washers (4) and new locknuts (3) on bracket (9).
5.
Install two arms (26), washers (24) and knobs (23).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install two spring pins (25) in knobs (23) installation.
2.
With assistance, position windshield assembly (13) on machine.
3.
Position anchor strap (8) and install six bolts (12), washers (7) and nuts (6).
4.
Install two washers (2) and new locknuts (1) on arms (26).
5.
Install clip (22), washer (18), bolt (17), washer (21) and nut (20) below bottom of windshield (13).
6.
Open and close windshield to verify correct operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
