REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Use container to capture draining hydraulic oil. Dispose of hydraulic oil IAW local policy and ordi-
nances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Tag hose and tube assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Only remove connectors, adapters or elbows if they are damaged.
Note routing of all hose assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Note location of any straps, ties or guards prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove 16 capscrews (5), washers (6) and eight flange halves (7) from four tube assemblies (12).
2.
Disconnect four hose assemblies (13) from tube assemblies (12).
3.
Remove and discard four preformed packings (8).
4.
Remove 16 capscrews (1), washers (2) and eight flange halves (3) from four tube assemblies (14).
5.
Disconnect four hose assemblies (15) from tube assemblies (14).
6.
Remove and discard four preformed packings (4).
7.
Remove two bolts (16), washers (17) and clamp (18) from under hitch.
8.
Remove two bolts (10), washers (11) and clamp (9) from side of hitch.
