HYDRAULIC TANK REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of hydraulic tank is 570 lb (259 kg).
9.
Attach lifting device to lifting links and front grab handle.
10.
Remove wedge from between hydraulic tank (10) and fuel tank.
CAUTION
Lift hydraulic tank slowly. Use care not to damage surrounding tube assemblies or adapter assembly under
hydraulic tank.
11.
Use lifting device to remove hydraulic tank (10) from
machine. Support hydraulic tank (10) on wood blocks.
12.
Remove two bolts (11), washers (12) and blocks (13)
from lower left and right side of hydraulic tank (10).
13.
Remove lifting device and two lifting links.
