HYDRAULIC TANK REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
WARNING
DO NOT smoke or permit any open flame in area of machine while you are servicing fuel system. Be
sure hose nozzle is grounded against filler tube during refueling to prevent static electricity. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury to personnel or equipment damage.
DO NOT perform fuel system checks, inspections or maintenance while smoking or near fire, flames or
sparks. Fuel may ignite, causing damage to machine and injury or death to personnel.
Wear fuel-resistant gloves when handling fuels. If exposed to fuel, promptly wash exposed skin and
change fuel-soaked clothing.

Remove two bolts (1), washers (2) and guard assembly (3).

Remove four bolts (8) and washers (9) from lower

front of hydraulic tank (10).

Remove two bolts (6) and washers (7) from engine
side of hydraulic tank (10).
NOTE
It is not necessary to remove bolts (11) and
washers (12) until after hydraulic tank is
removed.

Remove four bolts (4) and washers (5) from right side
of hydraulic tank (10).
7.
Use prybar to separate approximately three inches
between fuel tank and hydraulic tank (10) and insert
wedge.

Install two lifting links in top left and right side holes
in hydraulic tank.
