APRON CYLINDER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections prior to removal. Cap hydraulic oil lines and plug openings after
removal. Contamination of hydraulic system could result in premature failure.
1.
Remove bolt (19), washer (18) and nut (17).

Remove clamp (16).

Remove four capscrews (11) and washers (12).
4.
Remove two flange halves (13) and tube assembly
(15).
5.
Remove preformed packing (14) from tube assembly

(15) and discard.

Remove four bolts (23) and two washers (22) from
cylinder (20).

7.
Remove pin (21) and bracket (24) assembly.
