Open gage protector valve (7). Slowly increase pressure to 2,200 psi (1,517 kPa). A drop of test fluid may form but must
not fall from tip of nozzle assembly (2).
23.
Replace nozzle assembly (2) if test indicates more than one drop of fluid or if drop falls from tip of nozzle assembly (2).
Continue testing only if tip leakage is within limits.
24.
Test orifice restriction.
25.
Close gage protector valve (7) and on-off valve (8).
26.
Open pump isolator valve (9). Slowly increase pressure.
