Remove two bolts (6) and washers (7) from tube
assembly (8) under turbocharger.
TURBOCHARGER

Disconnect tube assembly (8) from turbocharger.

Remove gasket (9). Discard gasket.

Remove bolt (14) and washer (15) from turbocharger.
AIR PIPING
10.
Remove four nuts (11) from right side of engine.

Support turbocharger.
WARNING
Lifting cables, chains, hooks, and slings used for lift-
ing machine must be in good condition and of suitable
capacity. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel and damage to equipment.

The weight of the turbocharger is 40 lb (18 kg).

Remove four bolts (10) and turbocharger.

Remove gasket (12) and two preformed packings (13).

Discard gasket and preformed packings.
