Position end cover (5) assembly in air dryer tank (1). Press in to clear retaining ring (4) groove inside air dryer tank (1).
41.
Install retaining ring (4) in groove to secure end cover (5).
42.
Install three clamps (3). Position clamps to hold end cover (5), then tighten bolts (2).

Install air dryer (WP 0152 00).
44.
Operate machine and verify correct brake operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
45.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
46.
Check for air leaks.
