Install bolt (132), washer (130) and nut (131). Hand tighten on cam (143).
8.
Install bolt (137), washer (139) and nut (140). Hand tighten on lever (142).
9.
Install bolt (134), washer (135) and nut (136). Hand tighten on lever (141).
10.
Install pin (127) and three retaining rings (126).
11.
Install pin (128), two retaining rings (138) and retaining ring (129).
12.
Install spring (133).
