HAZMAT ACCESS DOOR LOCK REMOVAL
NOTE
Perform following steps to replace each of two door locks.
Note position of nuts, lockwashers, and latch for installation.
1.
With HAZMAT access door (22) removed from container, remove two nuts (23), lockwashers (24), and latch (28) from
shaft of door lock (27).
2.
Remove two screws (25), washers (26), and door lock (27) from HAZMAT access door (22).

HAZMAT ACCESS DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION
1.
Install door lock (27) on HAZMAT access door (22) with two washers (26) and screws (25).
2.
Install latch (28) on shaft of door lock (27) with two lockwashers (24) and nuts (23).
3.
Install HAZMAT access door (22) on container and operate door locks (27). Ensure that door is fastened securely. If
door is not secure, adjust position of two nuts (23).
