LOAD TRANSFER RELIEF VALVE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY REPAIR - CONTINUED

ASSEMBLY
NOTE
Lightly coat all new O-rings with clean oil before installation.
1.
Install dust cap (33) on hose assembly (4).
2.
Install new O-ring (35) and hose assembly (4) to coupler (34).
3.
Install dust cap (33) on coupler (34).
4.
Assemble elbow (32), dust cap (27), new O-ring (31), adapter (30), new O-ring (29), and coupler (28).
5.
Install dust cap (27) on coupler (28).
6.
Install new O-ring (26) and hose assembly (2 or 7) to elbow (32).
7.
Install new O-ring (24) and relief valve (23) to valve manifold (21).
8.
Install new O-ring (22) and adapter (6) to valve manifold (21).
9.
Install new O-ring (25) and tee (9) to valve manifold (21).
10.
Install new O-ring (20) and tee (1).
11.
Assemble dust cap (19), new O-ring (16), adapter (15), new O-ring (18), and coupler (17) to tee (1).
12.
Install dust cap (19) on coupler (17).
13.
Repeat steps 11 and 12 to install dust cap (14), new O-
ring (11), adapter (10), new O-ring (13), and coupler

14.
Install new O-ring (8) and hose assembly (7) to tee (9).
15.
Install new O-ring (5) and hose assembly (4) to
adapter (6).
16.
Install new O-ring (3) and hose assembly (2) to tee (1).
