NOTE
Note position of axle in wheel for assembly.

Remove six nuts (8), 12 washers (9), six screws (10),
and axle (11) from wheel (4).

INSPECTION
1.
Inspect components for cracks, wear, and damage. Replace any components that are cracked, worn or damaged.
2.
Inspect two bushings (12) in axle housing. Replace bushings if loose, worn or damaged.
ASSEMBLY
1.
Install axle (11) on wheel (4) with six screws (10), 12 washers (9), and six nuts (8).
2.
Apply a thin coat of grease to inside surface of two bushings (12).
3.
Install wheel (4) assembly and two spacers (3) on

frame (5) with pin (7). Install washer (2) and nut (1).

Perform step 4 for cutting edge wheel
only.
4.
Install two setscrews (7) to cutting edge wheel frame
(5).
