DISASSEMBLY
NOTE
Prior to disassembly, inspect components of relief valve and cracks, damage or evidence of leaks. Dis-
assembly only as needed to repair relief valve and hose assembly.
Place assembly in a soft-jawed vise to assist in disassembly.
Tag and note position of hoses and valve components to aid in assembly.

Remove hose assembly (2) and O-ring (3) from tee

(1). Discard O-ring.

Remove hose assembly (4) and O-ring (5) from
adapter (6). Discard O-ring.
3.
Remove hose assembly (7) and O-ring (8) from tee
(9). Discard O-ring.
4.
Remove dust cap (14) from coupler (12).
5.
Remove coupler (12) and O-ring (13) from adapter
(10). Discard O-ring.
6.
Remove adapter (10) and O-ring (11) from tee (9).

Discard O-ring.

Remove dust cap (14).

Repeat steps 4 through 7 to remove dust cap (19), cou-
pler (17), O-ring (18), adapter (15), and O-ring (16)
