Start switch. Energizes start circuit and operates starter.

Ether start switch. Energizes solenoid for injecting ether starting fluid to assist starting machine in cold
weather.

Instrument panel light. Illuminates instrument panel instruments.

Side worklight switch. Energizes side worklights.

Machine light switch assembly.

Main switch. Five-position switch. Mechanical lock lever must be held in the UNLOCK position before
moving the main switch lever.
(a) BLACKOUT MARKER position. Blackout tail lamps on. Blackout stop lamps will light when brakes
are applied.
(b) BLACKOUT DRIVE position. Blackout tail lamps and blackout driving lamp on. Blackout stop lamp
will light when brakes are applied.
(c) OFF position. All lamps off. Auxiliary switch disabled. Horn and back-up alarm will not sound.
(d) STOP LIGHT position. Service stop lamps light when brake is applied.
(e) SER DRIVE position. Service tail lamp on. Rear worklight on. Service stop lamp will light when
brakes are applied. Front worklights will light when worklight switch is activated.
