Service Stop/Tail Lights

Check for continuity from stoplamp
switch to light switch.
Are Inoperative -
Continued.
a. Place battery disconnect switch in
OFF position (TM 5-3805-248-10).
b. Set multimeter to appropriate ohm
(Ω) range (WP 0018 00).
c. Disconnect light switch electrical
connections (WP 0067 00).
d. Disconnect stoplamp switch
electrical connections (WP 0096
1. If continuity is not indicated, repair
e. Connect multimeter positive lead to
white wire of stoplamp switch and
open circuit between stoplamp switch
multimeter negative lead to light
and light switch (WP 0018 00)
switch terminal "K" (harness side).
2. If continuity is indicated, repair open
circuit between stoplamps and light
switch (WP 0018 00).
