FUEL LINES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal and disassembly. Cap lines and
plug openings after removing lines. Contamination of fuel system could result in premature failure.
Use two line wrenches to loosen fuel lines. Failure to do so may result in damage to fuel lines.
NOTE
Use a container to capture any fuel which may drain from lines. Dispose of fuel IAW local policy and
ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
All hose and tube assemblies must be tagged before disconnecting to aid in installation. Cap all hose

Remove clip (1).
2.
Remove bolt (9), washer (8), plate (7), clamp (6), spacer (5) and clamp (2).
3.
Disconnect tube assembly (3) from elbow (10).
4.
Remove elbow (10) from primary fuel filter.
5.
Remove tube assembly (3) from elbow (4).
6.
Remove elbow (4) from fuel tank.
