FUEL LINES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal and disassembly. Cap lines and
plug openings after removing lines. Contamination of fuel system could result in premature failure.
Use two line wrenches to loosen fuel lines. Failure to do so may result in damage to fuel lines.
1.
Install new preformed packings (44 and 46) and elbows (47 and 43) to fuel injection pump.
2.
Install hoses (42 and 48) on elbows (47 and 43).
3.
Install new preformed packings (40 and 41) and elbows (45 and 39) on block.
4.
Connect hoses (42 and 48) on elbows (45 and 39).
