FAN BELTS TENSIONER MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

SHOCK ABSORBER TYPE DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove four bolts (16), cover (17) and gasket (18). Discard gasket.
2.
Remove bolt (19), washers (20 and 21) and bearing (22).
3.
Remove pulley assembly (24) from tensioner arm (11).
4.
Remove retaining ring (23), spacer (25), bearing (26), seal (27) and spacer (28) from pulley (24). Discard seal.
5.
Remove pin (29), shaft (15) and fitting (30) from tensioner arm (11).
6.
Remove bolt (14), washer (13) and retainer (12).
7.
Remove pin (31) and flange (7).
8.
Remove shaft (9) and bushing (10) for tensioner (11).
