ALTERNATOR REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag all wire connectors, cables and wiring harnesses before disconnecting to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove bolt (10), washer (11) and wire (9).
2.
Remove bolt (7), washers (1, 6 and 17) and nut (18) from alternator (12).
3.
Remove bolt (15), washer (14) and guard (16) from alternator (12).
4.
Remove bolt (13) and alternator (12) from engine.
5.
Remove nut (4), remote control lever (5) and nut (8) from rod (3).
6.
Remove bolt (2) and rod (3) from engine.
