NOTE
Perform step 7 for Delco Remy Alternator only.

Use a 5/16-in. (8-mm) Allen socket to hold the shaft, and remove nut (19), washer (20) and alternator pulley (21).

Remove nut (19), washer (20) and alternator pulley (21).
9.
Remove key (22).
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Perform step 1 and 2 for Robert Bosch Alternator only.
1.
Position key (22) in shaft keyway and install alternator pulley (21).
2.
Install washer (20) and nut (19). Torque nut to 75 lb-ft (102 Nm).
NOTE
Perform step 3 for Delco Remy Alternator only.
3.
Use a 5/16-in. (8-mm) Allen socket to hold the shaft, and install alternator pulley (21), washer (20) and nut (19). Torque
nut to 80 lb-ft (108 Nm).
