WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag all wire connectors, cables and wiring harnesses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Disconnect four wire connectors (1).

Remove knob (3). Pull knob to remove from switch
4 (HIDDEN)

Remove nut (4).
4.
Remove switch (2) from instrument panel (5).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install switch (2) in instrument panel (5).
2.
Install nut (4).
3.
Install knob (3). Push on shaft of switch (2).
4.
Connect four wire connectors (1).

5.
Install upper front access plates (WP 0192 00).
6.
Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
7.
Verify correct wiper operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
