LOW AIR PRESSURE WARNING HORN REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag all wire connectors and cables prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove two nuts (1) from horn terminals.
2.
Disconnect two wire connectors (2).
3.
Remove three bolts (8), washers (7) and clips (6).
4.
Disconnect two wire connectors (4).
5.
Remove horn (3).
6.
Remove and discard gasket (5).

INSTALLATION
1.
Install new gasket (5) on horn (3).
2.
Install horn (3).
3.
Connect two wire connectors (4) with clip (6), washers (7) and bolt (8).
4.
Install remaining two clips (6), washers (7) and bolts (8).
5.
Connect two wire connectors (2) at terminals.
6.
Install two nuts (1).
Install upper front access plates (WP 0192 00).
7.
Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
8.
9.
Operate machine and verify horn operation (TM 5-3805-248-10).
