ETHER START SENDING UNIT REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove screw (1) and lockwasher (2) from temperature switch (4).
2.
Disconnect wire connector (3).

Remove sending unit (4).

INSTALLATION
1.
Wrap threads of sending unit (4) with anti-seizing tape and install.
2.
Connect wire connector (3).
3.
Install new lockwasher (2) and screw (1).
4.
Install muffler (WP 0041 00).
5.
Refill coolant (WP 0042 00).
6.
Verify correct operation of ether starting aid (TM 5-3805-248-10).
