STOPLIGHT SWITCH REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag all wires before disconnecting to ensure correct installation.
1.
Remove two nuts (1) and washers (2) from stoplight switch (4). Do not loosen inner nuts on switch posts.

Disconnect two wire connectors (3).

Remove stoplight switch (4).

INSTALLATION
1.
Wrap threads of stoplight switch (4) with anti-seizing tape and install.
2.
Connect two wire connectors (3).
3.
Install two washers (2) and nuts (1). Verify inner nuts are tight.
4.
Install step assembly (WP 0200 00).
5.
Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
6.
Verify correct operation of stoplights (TM 5-3805-248-10).
