Install plate (31), spring (32) and pin (33) in transmis-

sion shift control housing (8).

Install washer (34) and new cotter pin (35) on pin (33).

Install bearing (30) on each side of transmission shift
control housing (8).

Lubricate new seal (36) with clean lubricating oil and

install with lip of new seal (36) facing inward.
10.
Install two bearings (25) and bolt (24) on lever (26).

Install remote control lever assembly.

Install lever (22) and shaft (23).

Install nut (20) and setscrew (19) on lever (22). Torque
screw (19) to 35 lb-ft (47 Nm). Then tighten nut (20).

Install two springs (21).

Install rod (17) and nut (18).
