INSTALLATION - CONTINUED
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury
or death.
NOTE
Air tanks and access cover as an assembly weighs 90 lb (40 kg).
5.
With assistance, position cover (3) and two tanks (9) assembly on pivot points underneath machine.
NOTE
Perform steps 6 through 11 only if fittings were removed. Otherwise, proceed to step 12.
6.
If removed, install two valve bodies (13) and valves (12) on front of two air tanks (9).
7.
If removed, install two elbows (10 and 11) on front of two air tanks (9).
8.
If removed, install safety relief valve (8) on front of air tank (9).
9.
If removed, install check valve (14) on front of air tank (9).
10.
If removed, install elbow (15) on front of air tank (9).

If removed, install pipe reducer (16) on front of air tank (9).
12.
Connect three hose assemblies (4) on front of two tractor air tanks (9).
