TRACTOR QUICK RELEASE AND HOLDING VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Apply anti-seizing tape halfway up the threads of all hose and fitting connections prior to installation to
ensure correct sealing.
1.
If removed, install three elbows (2) on valve (1).
2.
Install valve (1) assembly on machine.
3.
Install two washers (4) and bolts (3).
4.
Connect three hose assemblies (5) to valve (1).
5.
Operate engine until normal operating air pressure is reached (TM 5-3805-248-10).
6.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
7.
Check for air system leaks.
