STEERING GEAR REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Install grommet (41) on wall in operator compartment.
2.
Loosely install support and clamp assembly (38), four washers (40) and bolts (39) to hold support and clamp (38) on
steering gear (19).
3.
Install two lifting links in top of steering gear (19).
NOTE
Raise steering gear assembly through operator compartment floor with lifting device.
4.
Install lifting device.
5.
Position steering gear (19) on machine by inserting housing into grommet (41) in operator compartment wall.
6.
Install two washers (37) and bolts (36) securing support and clamp assembly (38).
7.
Tighten four bolts (39).
