ROLLOVER PROTECTION DOOR MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove three plug buttons (1) and insulating sleeve (2) from operator compartment.
NOTE
Hinge border must be marked on cab to ensure correct alignment during installation.
2.
Mark hinge (12) border on cab.
3.
Remove two nuts (4), washers (5), bolts (6) and strap (7).

Remove two nuts (9), washers (10), screws (3), strap (11) and stop (8) from center of hinge (12).
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.

Weight of door assembly is 93 lb (42 kg).
5.
Attach lifting device to door assembly (14).
6.
With assistance, remove eleven nuts (16), washers
(17), screws (13) and bracket (15) from hinge (12).
7.
Use lifting device to remove door assembly (14) from
machine.
