CRANKCASE GUARD REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
Weight of front crankcase guard assembly is 275 lb (125 kg). Weight of rear crankcase guard is 90 lb (41
kg).
1.
Support front of crankcase guard (3) with floor jack.
1.
Remove 18 cap screws (1) and spacers (2) from crankcase guard (3).
2.
Lower front of crankcase guard (3).
3.
Support rear of crankcase guard (3) with floor jack.
4.
Remove four bolts (4), washers (5) and two retaining straps (6).
5.
Lower rear of crankcase guard (3).
6.
Support rear guard (9) with floor jack.
7.
Remove six bolts (7), spacers (8) and rear guard (9).

INSTALLATION
1.
Use floor jack to install rear guard (9), six spacers (8) and bolts (7).
2.
Use floor jack to raise rear of crankcase guard (3).
3.
Install two retaining straps (6), four washers (5) and bolts (4) on tractor frame.
4.
Use floor jack to raise front of crankcase guard (3) and align mounting holes.
5.
Install 18 spacers (2) and cap screws (1) on crankcase guard assembly (3).
6.
Remove floor jack.
