REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Use container to capture draining hydraulic oil. Dispose of coolant IAW local policy and ordinances.
Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Tag hose and tube assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
With engine shut down, operate bowl control lever to ensure pressure is vented from hydraulic system
(TM 5-3805-248-10).

Disconnect hose assembly (7) from elbow (5).
4.
Remove elbow (5), preformed packing (6) and connector (4) from bowl lifting check valve. Discard preformed packing.
5.
Remove four bolts (8), washers (9) and two flange halves (10).
6.
Disconnect hose assembly (11).
7.
Remove preformed packing (12) and discard.
8.
Remove four bolts (13), washers (14) and two flange halves (26).
9.
Disconnect hose assembly (15).
10.
Remove preformed packing (16) and discard.
11.
Remove four bolts (21), washers (22) and two flange halves (25).
12.
Disconnect tube assembly (23).
13.
Remove preformed packing (24) and discard.
14.
Disconnect hose assembly (19).
15.
Remove elbow (17), preformed packing (18) and connector (20). Discard preformed packing.
16.
Remove two bolts (1) and washers (2).
17.
Remove bowl lifting check valve.
18.
Remove and discard two preformed packings (3).
