Remove two nuts (41) and washers (42) from starting motor solenoid.

Disconnect two wire connectors (43 and 44).
29.
Remove two bolts (45), washers (46) and clamps (47) from mounting of wiring harness (29) on lower left side of engine
block.

Disconnect hose assembly (48) from sump screen
housing under flywheel housing.

Remove and discard preformed packing (49).
