REMOVAL
NOTE
The following is a maintenance procedure for front bank push rods. The maintenance procedure for the rear
bank push rods is identical.
1.
Remove three bolts (3) and washers (2).

Remove rocker shaft assembly (1) from cylinder head.

Each push rod must be numbered during

removal so push rods can be installed in
the same location.

Use tags to number six push rods (4) and remove.
