DISASSEMBLY
1.
Position turbocharger assembly on fixture assembly.
WARNING
Solvent cleaning compound MIL-PRF-680 Type III is an environmentally compliant and low toxic material.
However, it may be irritating to the eyes and skin. Use protective gloves and goggles. Use in well-ventilated
areas. Keep away from open flames and other sources of ignition.
2.
Use solvent cleaning compound and brush to thoroughly clean exterior of turbocharger assembly.
NOTE
Use scribe to match-mark compressor housing (1), housing (3) and housing (2) to aid in assembly.

Remove nut (5) from clamp (4).

Remove housing (1) from turbocharger assembly.

Remove clamp (4) from housing (1).
